Bio

Artist and Entertainer

Born and raised in Draper, Utah, Emily has been involved with the arts her whole life.

Art Genre: Oil, Water Color, Acrylic, Gouache Paintings

She attended Draper Elementary and earned a trophy in the Reflections contest in kindergarten for a painting of a sunset over the mountains. As a senior, her portrait called "Adam" received the DVAF Scholarship in 2000 and is part of the DVAF collection. Additionally, she represented Jordan High School as the sterling scholar in Visual Arts in 2000. She attended Brigham Young University on an art scholarship and obtained a BFA in Illustration in 2005 (while also performing as a singer/dancer with BYU's Young Ambassadors tour group). From there she began work with Avalanche Studios in Salt Lake City, also known as Disney Interactive Studios, making video games for 10 years. Fun fact: Emily loves arts of all genres--including performing arts. You may recognizer her from the cult-classic, Napoleon Dynamite, where she played Trisha!
