Art Genre: Oil Painting
My artistic journey began before I could speak, with my mom placing crayons and paints in my hands to help me express myself until I said my first words at age 3. Art became my bridge during a time of personal growth, and it continued to guide me through life's challenges, including the emotional toll of infertility in my 20s and 30s. Painting became a refuge where I processed grief and found emotional release through brushstrokes. Today, my work reflects my ongoing journey, capturing the emotional intensity of the present through landscapes, florals, and farm scenes, often painted en plein air. I aim to create a connection between my personal experience and the viewer's, making my art accessible and relatable.
