Photography & travel are two things I enjoy in life and decided to create a business that would allow me to follow my dream.
Travel allows you to get out of your comfort zone and explore other cultures & enjoy scenic places. My exploration began early on but truly took on a bigger desire after my bout with cancer. My first trip to Africa really stirred my desire to travel and expand my photography. After I returned, I decided to go to the Okavango Guiding School in Botswana and immerse myself in the beauty and culture of the African continent and loved every minute.
After attending 6 weeks in the bush, I came away from the experience more enthused about my work as a photographer, but also began KLSafaris to bring people over to different parts of Africa to enjoy the outdoors, wildlife & people as much as I do.
